“Motion weak” initial set up is exactly the same as “Motion strong“. The 2 and 3 run to the wings/corners. The 4 and the 5 work in tandem with first big running to the rim and then to the low post position on the same side as the ball, and the other big trailing to the opposite the ball carrier.
“Weak” is triggered when the 1 passes the ball to the strong side wing.

2 looks to feed 1 or post-up 5.

4 sets a down screen for screen the screener action with 3.

4 swings the ball to 1.

If 3 doesn’t have a scoring option there are a number of options available for continuation of the offensive set.
One of the most common options is to go straight to a horns set. The 4 and 5 flash to the elbows and wings move to the corners.

1 and 2 space to the corners.

A popular variation that can be included either as a read or a called play is a sideline pick and roll when the ball is reversed to the opposite side of the court.
When the ball is passed to the wing, instead of going to the low post for a post-up option, the big continues to set an on-ball screen for a sideline pick and roll.

4 sets a down screen for 3.

3 comes off the down screen from 4 looking for pass from 1.
